In a world in the distant future (or the near future), humans decide to be among the last free men on Earth. Cells are formed bearing the names "c-en-ciel" and numbers. Five young men and women join the last cell created (by whom? - by them!). They don't know each other, but they know they're going to play together. The only rule is that they have to accept each other's childhood fantasies by helping them to fulfil them.

"Zwez / زواز" or the plural form of "couple", was conceived as a solo duet. It represents a plunge into the abyss of relationships: with oneself, with space, with time, but also and above all with the other. On the road to intimacy, on the trajectories that we draw, whatever the path and the destination, the search is for the encounter of co-birth.

Point Zéro

Artistic direction : Kays Rostom
Choreography: Imen Smaoui
Set design: Marwen Abouda, Ali Bouden, Laroussi Karkeni, Kawther Ben Amara
This performance is based on the concept of intrusion into a scenography, which is an original idea since dance usually uses sound and music to unfold in space. In this work, Imen Smaoui embarks on an 'initiatory' journey in which the body must constantly call on its own resources, whether in confrontation or fusion. This opens up real possibilities for intervention in different technical and scenographic fields, since the space here serves as the starting point for this multidisciplinary work.
